JFE FERRITE'S factory is located in the West Japan works of JFE STEEL. The factory controls all the processes necessary for ferrite production - from raw materials procurement to pressure molding, sintering, grinding, and inspection - with a high degree of stability and efficiency. Our sintering furnaces are particularly advanced and include the world's first atmosphere-control roller hearth furnace for producing MnZn ferrite, featuring high-speed sintering and a major increase in sintering capacity. In addition to these production technologies and accumulated know-how, we adopt thorough quality control prpcedures and perform the strictest final product inspections, in order to create only the finest products. Our customers evaluate us highly, thanks to these stringent procedures.
